Tis's e set Lunch [seT appetizer]. . it's bellpepper soup wif few drops of pesto wif cod-fish potato quenelles and died bellpepper & basil leaf as garnish. Lastly add in milled crush blackpepper and drizzle little olive oiL.


Tis e [seT salad] . . . draw e balsamico reduction onto e plate 1st, den 3 pieces of butterhead lettuce tossed wif Lemon-dressin . . den [diced mozzarella cheeses + sliced red onions + cheery tomatoes + grilled baby corns wif lemon dressin] den add in 3 pieces of hard-boiled egg wedges . . Lastly garnish wif parsley sprig + crushed blackpepper and olive oil. .
